Mexico x USA roleplay. Trucks, lowriders, jobs, housing and a community that actually plays. Rebuilt from zero in September 2026 and run day to day by Serverside, with the same tools, the same scans and the same rules every client job gets.

How to join, in four steps

  1. Join the Discord first. It is the front door: the rules, the announcements and the admins are there, and it is where you ask when something is not working. discord.gg/aMASgKyrAB
  2. Install FiveM from fivem.net. You need a legitimate copy of GTA V. The first start takes a while; that is normal.
  3. Connect. Press F8 in FiveM and type connect cfx.re/join/dgg56j3, or search the server list for Nueva Vida. The first join downloads the server's cars and clothes, so give it time: "not responding" during that download is the download, not a crash.
  4. Make your character and read the rules in the Discord before you start playing. You can have more than one character.

What is on it

  • ESX Legacy on the ox stack: a real inventory, targeting, a phone, and more than one character per player
  • Over two hundred and thirty custom cars and trucks merged into one pack, plus trailers you can actually tow
  • Mechanic shops with real parts on the shelves, engine swaps and tuning, and garages that hand you the keys
  • A DMV: pass the road test and the licence goes on your card
  • Housing you can own, furnish and store things in
  • Jobs you can switch between, an EMS that bills the patient and pays the medic, a nightclub that hires staff
  • Custom clothing packs, a height command per character, and weapons retuned by hand so a fight is a fight
  • Forty-eight slots, a Discord that is the front door, and an admin team that is on

How it is run

Every pack goes through a malware scan before it touches the server, every vendor update is merged by key set so no tuned value quietly resets, every config is backed up before it is changed, and the console is read after every restart rather than assumed clean. The server is checked against the FiveM list every fifteen minutes by the same monitor this site offers everyone, and if it drops off the list, staff hear about it within half an hour. That is not a special process for this server. It is the process.

Poncho runs the community and pays for the hosting. Everything running on it was built and is maintained by Serverside.

Where it came from

Nueva Vida started as a client server in June 2026, and the write-ups from that time say Nueva Vida RP. In September 2026 the old server was taken down and V2 was built from zero on a fresh key, which is why the server you join today says V2.
