Rent a server that is already running

For a community that wants to play this week, not after a build. You rent a server I already run, I keep it running, and you run your community through a txAdmin admin account. Hosting is included.

The two options

  • Ready-to-play · $200 a month

    A full server already built and running: framework, scripts, cars and maps installed and tested. Renamed to your community for free. Script updates, error monitoring and up to three small fixes a month are included, and so is Watchdog, which reads the console when something crashes and says why. Nueva Vida RP V2 is built the same way; look at it before you decide.

  • Blank · $50 a month

    A clean, running slot ready for your build. Installs at the normal rates, a framework install at $60, or any build bundle on top. Hosting only, nothing else included.

What a renter asks

What can I actually do with the admin account?

A txAdmin admin account: restart the server, start and stop resources, see who is on, kick and ban, read the console, post announcements and run your staff. It does not include file access, the host's control panel or the licence key. Those stay with me, which is the whole arrangement.

Can I add my own scripts?

Yes, through me: one install is $50, two or more in one order are $40 each, and anything unusually involved is $25 more. You cannot upload files yourself, and that is on purpose: every pack on a server I run goes through a malware scan first, because one unscanned pack can take the server down for everyone on it.

Can I rename it and make it mine?

Yes, free, on day one: the server name, the description on the FiveM list, the Discord link and the server icon. Your players never see my name unless you want them to.

How fast am I playing?

A ready-to-play server is usually renamed and handed over within a day of the first payment. A blank one is yours the same day.

How does payment work?

The first month is paid before you get access, then it is billed monthly on the same calendar day. There are no refunds for a month already started. A late payment pauses the server until it is paid; nothing is deleted for being late.

What happens if I stop?

The server stops at the end of the paid month and the host, the key and the scripts stay mine. Nothing of yours is deleted without telling you first: say so before your last paid day and we talk about your players' data.

Why is this the exception to "everything stays yours"?

Because it is exactly the arrangement the ownership section warns about: a server whose licences sit on someone else's account. Here it is in plain words rather than small print. If you would rather own it, that is a build on your own host, with scripts bought on your own Cfx account, and it is what most of this site is about.
