Business automation — invoicing, agreements and an append-only ledger
Built in-house after the books were found running four orders behind with a double-counted line. Nine PDF generators — invoices, receipts, statements, work agreements, payment plans — all sharing one letterhead, so changing the brand changes every document. Behind them sits a ledger where orders and payments are kept in separate stores and checked against each other automatically, and a session hook that reads the real balances off disk so no one has to remember them.

Books that reconcile themselves, documents that cannot drift apart, and a payment plan signed and tracked end to end.
