Full Discord buildout and consolidation
Took a sprawling 51-channel Discord down to 32 focused channels: audited every channel for real activity, archived or removed the dead ones, and rewrote the content that had gone stale. Built out applications for police, EMS, staff and streamers, an FAQ, a followable changelog channel, expanded server rules, a suggestions forum with staff tagging, bug reporting, AutoMod rules and a full colour-coded role system with self-assign onboarding.
What changed
A Discord that reads as an active, well-run server instead of a half-empty one.
