Inventory use-gate fix — armor & items blocked with a weapon drawn
After an inventory update, players could not put on armor or use items while holding a weapon. I traced it through ox_inventory to a tightened use-gate that blocks item use whenever a weapon is drawn, and patched it to auto-holster for non-combat items so they work hands-free again.
What changed
Vests, meds and consumables usable on the move again — the blocking error is gone.
